Packhouse Operative Part-time

 The role

We are looking for people to work part-time, 16 hours a week on weekdays or weekends, reporting to the Production Supervisor. The salary is £10.50 an hour, with discounted products for personal use.

Responsibilities

 You will be responsible for:

• making bags of animal feed and bedding
• storing product ready for delivery to customers
• working to meet agreed production targets

 Essential 

• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to cope with the physical demands of the job, including lifting, and working on your feet in a loud and dusty environment
• Safe, methodical approach
• Full driving licence due to rural location

 Desirable

• Experience with using machinery, eg forklifts
